Planting Seeds for the New Year - Group Hypnosis

Step into the garden of your mind and heart as we prepare for a fresh start to the year ahead. In this transformative group hypnosis experience, you’ll be guided to release what no longer serves you and plant the seeds of intention for a flourishing new year. Through visualization and introspection, you’ll connect with your inner garden, tending to your values, dreams, and desires with care and presence.

What to Expect/What is Being Offered


We’ll begin with a reflection exercise to help you get clear on the values and intentions you’d like to nurture and embody in the year ahead. From there, you’ll embark on a guided hypnosis journey into your inner garden, where you’ll identify and clear out the “weeds,” plant seeds of intention, and get clarity around what they need to thrive and flourish in your life. You’ll leave the session feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to cultivate the life you envision for yourself in 2025.

Comfortable clothing is recommended! Blankets, backjacks, and pillows/bolsters will be provided. Optional items to bring: yoga mat, journal.

Bio


Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition. What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening. Working within a trauma-informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
