ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

George Cardenas, Founder of Plantaire, believes everyone should have easy access to sustainable nutrition.

Making healthy food every single day for all three meals sounded quite daunting. After much research, George realized the answer was microgreens. 40 times or more nutrition than a whole salad? He knew it was the perfect way to start.

After many trials and errors as a team, the Cardenas and Henson families developed the Plantaire Wall Garden (pictured above). Both families needed a space saving, aesthetically pleasing, simple and easy home garden.
