Join us for a calming, plant-centered meditation night focused on slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting to our inner rhythms during the winter season.This 90-minute group experience blends horticultural therapy principles with DBT mindfulness skills.
Together, we’ll explore the natural dormancy cycle of plants, how they rest, conserve energy, and quietly repair themselves during the darker months, and how we can mirror those same rhythms in our bodies and minds.
