Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Alyssa Marie on February 1 from 630-8p. We welcome the quiet awakening of Imbolc in this sacred, co-ed cacao ceremony. Imbolc marks the halfway between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, a threshold moment when the first stirrings of new life begin beneath the surface. While winter is still present, the light is returning, and with it comes renewal, clarity, and gentle ignition of what is ready to grow.The ceremony will include guided meditation, smudging, drumming, light language channeling, cacao rituals, and more.
We will use pure, ceremonial-grade cacao. Our cacao elixir is dairy-free and refined sugar-free, lightly sweetened with raw honey, agave, or maple syrup.
