From estate planning to hospice support, caregiver resources and ceremony considerations, "Planning with Pride" is a fulsome resource for anyone navigating end-of-life experiences for themselves or someone they care about.
This encompassing session features 10 speakers each offering a unique perspective on end-of-life conversations, planning and care. While the event information is universal we've included an additional focus on the experiences and needs of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
