Planning for You (Campbelltown)

It's hard to create a plan to move forward if you're not even sure what the destination is! Join us for some creative fun and explore what it is you might want in your future, learn how to identify your goals and begin to plan a way to move forward by using the SMART Goal Setting tool.

Participants will be guided through the workshop by one of our experienced Carer Coaches in a group-based setting which allows for carers to meet and mingle with people who understand what it means to be a carer.

This workshop will be held over three sessions on Tuesdays 20th January, 27th January and 10th February, 2026. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the workshop. Morning tea and light refreshments will be provided. Please include details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South-Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains regions in NSW, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants).
