You'll be welcomed into comfort with premium memory foam mats, plush blankets, supportive pillows, and luxury eye masks, allowing your body to fully relax and soften. The session begins with gentle breathwork and somatic awareness practices to guide you into a parasympathetic state, inviting your system to unwind, recalibrate, and receive.

From there, Rachael weaves a transformative soundscape using a symphony of ancient and modern instruments—meticulously tuned to planetary frequencies that harmonize with your body’s natural rhythms.
