This sound bath is intentionally timed with the planet parade, a rare moment when Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune appear gathered on the same side of the sky. Energetically, this mirrors a powerful theme of alignment, bringing different parts of the self back into balance.
During this session, sound will be used as a tool to help quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and support inner coherence. The tones and frequencies are designed to encourage clarity, grounded expansion, emotional balance, and intuitive awareness, not through force, but through ease.
This is a supportive space to release what feels scattered, reconnect with your center, and allow your inner systems to come back into rhythm. Rather than pushing for change, this sound bath invites recalibration, so your next steps feel steady, intentional, and aligned.

At this event, no experience is required. We will have a gentle guided meditation where we will ground ourselves and release whatever blockages we may have using the power of affirmations and the mind to balance and align. This will help to let go of anything that is no longer serving our highest and best good allowing for greater clarity and space for new and exciting opportunities to come in.
Energy permeates every aspect of our existence, shaping our moods and influencing the dynamics of what we draw into our lives. And in order to be in control of what we want and what we attract, we need to understand how it works within us.
The power of sound vibrations is remarkable; they travel fastest through water. Given that our bodies are predominantly made up of water—about 70%, in fact—immersing ourselves in high vibrational music during a sound bath facilitates incredible healing experiences.
Studies have shown that crystal bowls have a range of supportive healing benefits, including the ability to lower blood pressure, enhance sleep quality, alleviate anxiety and stress, and induce a profound sense of calm.

🌟What you need to bring: 🌟
Please bring with you a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, water bottle, crystals (if you choose), and anything else you may need to be your most comfortable. And please come dressed comfortably for your journey. Sweat pants or yoga pants are encouraged.
Space is limited so please be sure to purchase your ticket in advance. Tickets may be available at the door via zelle, cash or venmo only for $40 but it is not guaranteed. It is recommended to buy your ticket in advance.
The event will begin at 7:30pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors will open at 7:15pm. We will need to lock the doors at 7:30pm.
Parking: There is PLENTY of parking so please do not worry.
