Wednesday Wind-Down Flow Yoga Class | Free / Pay What You Can

Looking for a yoga class that blends calm, connection, and just the right amount of challenge? Our Wind-Down Flow Yoga is open to all levels and designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. Led by Crystal, this class combines mindful flows with gentle intensity to support strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget. These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:

• $5 Covers the cost of one person in class
• $5–$9 Helps sustain our free / pay-what-you-can model and pays it forward for someone else
• $10+ Supports the space, keeps things accessible, and helps our community grow

We don’t expect anyone to contribute every time. A little here and there truly goes a long way.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or borrow ones (limited supply)
• Water
• Comfortable clothes
