Most annual plans are built on hope, with big goals and no connection to what actually happened last year. This lab works the other way around. You’ll bring your 2026 numbers, milestones, and lessons, find what drove your progress and what held you back, then use that evidence to choose a few focused priorities for 2027 and map your first 90 days. You won’t plan the whole year. You’ll get clear on what matters most and how to start. Whether you’re running an established business or still shaping an idea, you’ll leave with a plan built on what you actually know.

• 2026 felt reactive, and you want next year to be intentional
• You’re juggling too many priorities, or too many ideas, and need to decide what matters most
• You’ve set goals before but struggled to stay accountable once the year got busy

Come with as much of the following as you have. Rough numbers are fine.

• Monthly or quarterly revenue for 2026
• Your biggest expenses and where your money went
• Your top customers or revenue sources
• What brought in your leads and sales (referrals, events, social, outreach, etc.)
• Any goals you set for 2026, and how they turned out
• Your key wins, setbacks, and milestones from the year

Just starting out? No revenue yet is fine. Bring what you’ve learned so far.

• Conversations you’ve had with potential customers and what they told you
• Early signs of interest, like a waitlist, social engagement, or preorders
• What you’ve tried, what worked, and what stalled
• The time and money you’ve invested so far
• What you can commit in 2027, including hours per week, budget, and whether you’re still working a job
