Before movement begins, ease into the evening with Foreplay Before the Flow — a pre-class mix & mingle that sets the tone. Sip infused drinks, enjoy light treats, and connect as the room fills with low music, warm lighting, and anticipation.

Then we move.

Expect a slow-burn, hip-focused Pilates flow guided by breath and fluid transitions — designed to awaken body awareness, confidence, and control while honoring your pace and presence.
