An Empowerment Event for Girls Ages 10–15Join us for a joyful and meaningful Galentine’s Day morning designed to empower, encourage, and uplift young girls in a safe and welcoming environment.
This year’s Galentine’s Day theme, Peace • Hope • Love, focuses on helping girls build confidence, emotional awareness, and kindness—reminding them they are not alone and that who they are truly matters.
Through hands-on activities, creative expression, movement, and reflection, girls will learn simple, age-appropriate tools they can carry with them into everyday life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
🕊️ PEACE
Girls will explore calm and emotional regulation in a fun, non-clinical way through:
Guided breathing exercises
Simple grounding techniques
A short empowerment yoga and stretch flow
Positive affirmations
This portion helps girls learn how to slow down, listen to their bodies, and feel safe during overwhelming moments.
🌈 HOPE
Girls will build confidence and belief in themselves through:
A short, relatable guest speaker sharing encouragement and real-life growth
Hope Vision Boards focused on dreams, strengths, and goals
Writing a Letter to Their Future Self, filled with encouragement and reminders of who they are becoming
This portion encourages girls to dream big, try new things, and remember that mistakes are part of growth.
💕 LOVE
Girls will put kindness into action by:
Creating small kindness kits or handwritten cards for a person of their choosing (a teacher, family member, or community helper)
Learning and feeling how small acts of love can make a big difference
This portion reinforces empathy, generosity, and the power of showing love through action.
📸 BONUS FUN
A themed Photo Booth (a favorite every year!)
Music, movement, and joyful connection
Lunch and T-Shirt provided during the event
