🔥 Plaid & Flannel Theme: Bring your coziest plaid or flannel fits to match the vibe!

🔥 Food, Drinks, and Music: Enjoy delicious eats, drinks, and music that’ll keep the energy alive all night.

🔥 Games and Activities: A variety of fun games and activities to keep the energy high and the vibes unbeatable!

Giving Back to the Community:

We are accepting cash and candy donations for “Ping’s Trunk or Trick” Round Up. Additionally, we are collecting donations for our “WeCare Campaign”, which funds events and productive programs for the residents, families, and children of New Haven, CT.

Your support helps us in our efforts to STOP THE VIOLENCE and create positive change in our communities.

Vendor Information:

- Vendor Fee (bring your own table): $25.

- Food Vendor Fee: $55.

- Setup Time: 4:45 PM (must be ready by 6:00 PM).

- Breakdown Time: 11:00 PM.

Note: All vendors must be 21+ and pre-approved. Spaces are limited, so secure your spot early!
