Looking for a fun and active Halloween event for kids in North Haven, CT? Join us at Blind Faith CrossFit for our Spooky Spectacular Kids CrossFit Competition, designed for ages 4–12. This family-friendly event combines fitness, fun, and Halloween excitement—all in one unforgettable evening!🏚️ Haunted House Warm-Up
Start the night with a spooky Halloween warm-up! Kids will walk through our kid-created haunted houses, stopping at each station to complete 1 minute of fun exercises before earning a treat. With at least 8 houses, this is the perfect way to get moving before the competition.
🏋The Kids CrossFit Competition
After the warm-up, the Spooky Spectacular Competition begins!
Age Divisions: 4–6, 7–9, 10–12
Format: Three 3-minute workouts (scaled for all levels)
Prizes: Awards for the top 3 athletes in each division
Who Can Join: Open to both boys and girls
This event is designed to encourage movement, confidence, and community while giving kids the chance to shine in a safe, supportive environment.

🐎 Event 1: Headless Horseman
10 KB Goblet Squats
6 Shuttle Runs
10 Russian KB Swings (5lb KB for all ages)
🪦 Event 2: Graveyard
10 Plate Ground-to-Overhead (Ages 4–6: 5lb | Ages 7–12: 10lb)
4 Overhead Plate Carries
10 Burpee Plate Jumps (onto 45s)
🏴☠️ Event 3: Ghost Pirate
