The Placer Artists Tour is the largest annual art studio tour in the region, featuring a diversity of artist and mediums. This year there will be 110 Artists, and 15 schools & galleries to visit during the two weekends of November. The Placer Artists Tour is a wonderful opportunity to see local artists at work and take home a perfect piece of art!
Join the Roseville Rock Rollers Gem and Mineral Society for the Placer Artists Tour! We’ll be opening our Lapidary Shop to the public for two weekends of demonstrations, displays, and fun. Experience the art of cutting, grinding, and polishing stones, and explore the beauty of lapidary arts.
What to Expect:
• Live lapidary demonstrations
• Displays of cabochons, minerals, fossils, and handmade jewelry
• Educational information about earth sciences and the art of stone cutting
• Meet our members and learn how you can get involved!
