Pizza Palooza dinner-speaker event: Keeping Bears Wild

Please join us on Tuesday July 21st at Old Town Pizza in Roseville for a fun and informative evening. Jessica Hadley is a conservation photographer, documentary filmmaker, and bear specialist based in South Lake Tahoe. Jessica grew up in Auburn, California where her interests in photography and wildlife developed at an early age after spending time in the American River Canyon and visiting National Parks with her family. Recently her work has focused on human-wildlife interactions and coexistence, collaborating closely with biologists to document wildlife behavior. Her current project ‘Keeping Bears Wild’ focuses on California’s black bears and the people working to keep them wild. Her work has been recognized and published by National Geographic and other media.
