PISCES SEASON SOUNDBATH

Join Heidi in welcoming Pisces season with an evening of deep rest and nourishment as she guides us through a healing sound journey using the magical frequencies of the gong, crystal singing bowls and koshi chimes.

Our evening will be led with intention and care, beginning with a short introduction to the watery, emotionally attuned, creative and intuitive energies of Pisces season. We will then drop into the space with a short guided meditation giving you a moment to connect to the current energies of Pisces and allowing you to fully sink into the present moment before floating away into true relaxation through a heavenly sound bath.

No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do for this session is relax and allow Heidi to guide you.

A sound bath is a beautiful opportunity to pause and give yourself permission to truly rest, recharge and release. Allowing the sonic sounds and frequencies to bring you to a true state of bliss.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.

Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 7.40 pm as this is disruptive to other guests so please be sure to arrive in plenty of time.
