All paces, no drop, casual group run. Everyone is welcome - from walkers to old hats. The group is a mix of newbies, walkers, experienced runners, and seasoned veterans. We work to ensure that everyone feels welcomed. Reflective clothing is encouraged.
Distance is up to you. We run an out and back on the Eastern Trail. Some people will run up to 5 miles, and others will do a mile or two. There's almost always someone your same speed to pair up with.
