April is Child Abuse Prevention Month! Join us outside of Bi-state Justice Center on April 1st at 11:00 a.m. to help us plant our collection of over 1,900 pinwheels. Each pinwheel represents a local child or supportive family member who were impacted by abuse and received support through the Texarkana Children's Advocacy Center (TCAC) and CASA for Children in 2025. Let's come together as a community to raise awareness and put an end to child abuse in Greater Texarkana. All are welcome! The pinwheel is the national symbol for child abuse prevention. It reminds us of what all children deserve - a safe, happy, and carefree childhood!
***Two Programs. One Mission. CASA and TCAC have provided critical services to children and families victimized by abuse for over 35 years in Greater Texarkana.
