What is pink harvest fest?

Not your typical food festival.

Pink Harvest Fest celebrates the first harvest of summer with a playful twist - inspired by Lithuania’s legendary cold pink soup made from beets, kefir, cucumbers, and herbs.

Every year, we deconstruct the soup and spotlight one ingredient.

This year?

Beets. Loud, proud, and very magenta.

Expect quirky games, farm culture, local food, live music, and enough pink to confuse your camera roll.
