Warm welcome to an immersive experience of regenerative leadership with Pinecone Leadership at Voss Mountain Lodge, Mjølfjell from March 13–16, 2025!We are inviting 40 selected leaders, Pinecone Alumni, and regenerative practitioners into the nordic mountain realms with the intention of exploring our inner summits and supporting the transition to regenerative systems-change.
This is a new approach to the traditional summit, where we focus solely on practice and deepening our connection to inner and outer nature.
Recalibrate your leadership compass, expand your consciousness, share experiences from your growth journey, embody the transformation through nourishing practices, and experience the warmth and support of the nordic community.
Let us move you with an immersion into regenerative practice - from wisdom circles, ancient and modern tools for conscious leadership, deep breaths and wild river baths to vision quest, fire rituals and nourishing meals.
The gathering will be facilitated by Caroline Hargreaves (Pinecone Leadership), Anja Hallan-Wolff (Psykologvirke) with support from Eirik Skarholt (FREM/Kraftkara), Thea Raudberget (Mykt Fokus), Sigurd Toverud (Indre Reiser) and Thomas Randgaard (Voss Mountain Lodge).
