Discover the fun of pin loom weaving in this beginner-friendly class using Zoom Looms. We’ll learn how to create a small but flexible fabric square using continuous strand weaving on a bias, which is different than the traditional Zoom loom warping method.
We will practice the basic steps of pin loom weaving to create several woven squares. Once the squares are finished, we’ll sew them together and add simple crochet details to transform them into charming little chickens.
The crochet embellishments add personality and are a great introduction to combining fiber techniques.
This class is ideal for complete beginners or anyone curious about pin loom weaving. By the end of class you’ll understand the basics of weaving on a bias on a small Pin Loom and leave with the skills to continue making woven squares and some basic crochet techniques
