Strawberry Fair is a music and family fun event that has been run entirely by volunteers since 1974. It usually takes place on the first Saturday in June, and this year it will be held on June 6. The event transforms Midsummer Common into a vibrant playground with around ten stages, a kids’ area, performances, art installations, food stalls, charity stalls, and stalls offering a wide range of products.
The Pimm’s bar adds to the list of events organised by St Matthew’s PTA. Through this collaboration with Strawberry Fair, we help to provide funding for equipment for the school.
It is also a lovely opportunity to meet other parents and to provide space for the kids to play.
