Pilates with Sherrell

I’m a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, and for this event I’ll be teaching a mat-based, equipment-free workout that’s open to all levels. This class will focus on control, breath, precision, and balance — all while having a great time and getting in a seriously good burn.

We’ll move with intention, connect to our core, and fire up muscles we didn’t even know we had. It’s the perfect combination of mindful movement and physical challenge. Everyone will leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and totally energized.

When: Saturday August 30th

Time: 9am-10am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure spot on the floor
