About this Event
This Pilates class offers a mindful, full-body workout focused on core strength, flexibility, and alignment. Using controlled, precise movements, we’ll work through a series of mat exercises to improve posture, balance, and muscle tone. Each movement is designed to engage your core, stabilize muscles, and enhance body awareness, helping you build a lean, strong physique. Suitable for all levels, this class leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and stronger from the inside out.

I believe Pilates should be fun and functional. I aim to educate my clients on the essence of movement, as this will stay with them long after a class ends, and into their everyday lives. My goal is for every client to start incorporating Pilates principles of proper biomechanics and functional alignment into what they do daily, and to move with more efficiency. This translates into more energy, less pain, improved endurance and strength, an elevated mood, and an increased sense of empowerment. I want my work to spread the message that if we all do what we love more often, and with greater ease, we will be happier, our quality of life will improve, and we will spread endless positive energy!

Mat Pilates includes a series of exercises that promotes Strength, Stability, Length, and Flexibility to all your muscle groups. It creates a Mind/Body connection that can help improve posture & balance. We focus on proper form and technique with an emphasis on the core, lower back, & hip alignment.
