Pilates, Sound Healing and Brunch
About this Event
We wanted to create a morning where you don't have to choose between moving your body and slowing down.
So we're doing both.
We'll start with 45 minutes of pilates: grounded and connected to our bodies. The kind that clears your head as much as it works your body.
Then we drop into sound healing and meditation for an hour. This is where the nervous system gets to actually rest. No thinking, no doing, just receiving.
And to finish, we'll close out our morning with a nice cheese platter, non-alcoholic drinks and connection!
This space is created for women who want to take a morning for themselves, slow down, and enjoy a safe space to connect to their bodies.
