Allison will lead us through a 30 minute total body mat Pilates. All levels welcome!
Katie's 30 minute Sound Bath and guided meditation will focus on the theme of gratitude. We'll transition into a state of relaxation with crystal bowls and good vibes.
Mats are provided.
