Join us for a special morning designed for moms and little ones where movement, play, and connection come together.
Pilates Playdate is a pop-up Mommy and Me Pilates experience hosted by Encircle Movement at Little Nuggets Soft Play Adventures at the Mellwood Arts Center.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute all-levels Pilates class focused on rebuilding core strength, supporting posture, and feeling good in your body. After class, stay and enjoy open play, sip on a latte, connect with other moms, and ease into the rest of your day.
What to expect:
• Doors open at 9a to give you time to get settled in
• Class starts at 9:15a, yoga mat and props provided
• Open play after class from 10a-11a
• Complementary latte or matcha from the Nugget Nook Cafe
What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Grippy socks for you and your little one
• Yourself exactly as you are
Spots are limited to keep the experience comfortable and intimate. All ages and stages welcome!
