the Interfaith Environmental Action Network is hosting this conversation for congregations on ways to reduce their use of plastics
About this Event

As a part "Plastics Free Month", we're inviting congregations to explore ways to reduce their use of plastics. The production, distrubtion, use and disposal/recyling of plastics is an environmental disaster. Further, using plastics increases our consumption of micro-plastics which is increasingly being shown to be harmful to our health and well being.

As a part of "creation care" efforts, many faith communities are hearing the call to reduce their use of plastics. Come to this interfaith conversation where we'll hear from congregations who have successfully reduced or eliminated their use of plastic.
