Pilates, Paint & Sip is where soft movement meets creativity-designed to leave you feeling good in your body and clear in your mind.

We’ll start with a Pilates-inspired mobility class focused on slow, intentional movement. Think deep stretches, lengthening, opening up the body, and releasing tension you didn’t even realise you were holding. It’s low-impact, feel-good, and suitable for everyone—no pressure, no intensity, just moving in a way that feels right.

Then we shift into painting. Drinks flowing, music on, energy relaxed. You’ll be guided through a paint by numbers meaning the pressure is OFF, you dont have to be good at art or worry about people looking over your shoulder- it’s about switching off, being present, and actually enjoying yourself.

It’s giving wholesome plans. It’s giving reset. It’s giving “I’m so glad I booked this.”

What to expect:

• A guided painting session (zero artistic skills needed)
