From Pilates by the Beach to Pilates on the canvas

We’re bringing the STRONG Kitsilano community together again for one of our final events before we officially open our studio doors.

We’ll start with a mat Pilates session, then swap our mats for canvases and paint a Pilates-inspired pose together.

No painting experience needed — just come ready to move, create and have some fun.
