Join us on the Bass Hall stage for a 50-minute Mat Pilates class, led by Union Cycle + Strength. Focus on building deep core strength, improving posture, and increasing overall body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements, all from a view unlike any other. Advance tickets are required, and space is limited.
Tickets are free for current Young Patrons Club (YPC) members and $30 for non-members at https://www.basshall.com/pilates.
