About this Event

Led by Kara Jones, SHiNE is a dance fitness workout combining current hit music and choreography to help students feel confident and strong. This high-cardio exercise combines jazz, ballet and hip hop moves with calisthenics for a full-body workout. It’s all about creating a safe space for fun and forgetting you’re sweating! You can even bring a female friend!
