Pilates for Paws is a free community event benefiting Columbus-Lowndes Humane Society! The event will start with a free Pilates class at 8 am, while CLHS will be set up on site during and after with animals available for adoption, as well accepting monetary donations or items for the supply drive to support the shelter. We encourage the community to come out and support CLHS, even if you don’t want to partake in the Pilates portion. The class will be for all ages and levels, just bring a mat!

We will be set up in the wooded area adjacent to Crown Park but you can message or call Caitlyn Wooten at 662-418-9047 for any questions!
