Pilates Crash Course - Your Intro to Pilates

We’re introducing a Pilates Crash Course a 60 minute beginner-friendly session to learn the fundamentals of mat and wall Pilates through a step-by-step, safe approach. The class focuses on stretching and strengthening the body in a spacious, guided setting. It concludes with a calm-mind practice and a refreshing matcha sip to leave you energized and balanced.

About our Instructor – Mr. Bipin Mathew

Bipin blends the discipline of an athlete with the mindfulness of a yogi. With over a decade in basketball and strength training, six years under a Sports Authority of India coach, and an MSc in Yoga, he has been guiding students since 2019 through Pilates, Strength Training, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Aerial Fitness, bringing both structure and freedom to every class. Off the mat, he enjoys hiking, cycling, and basketball, while meditation shapes the calm, focused energy he brings to SAMA

Reach MCC Towers and spot SAMA: The Calm Mind Studio`s signboard on the terrace

Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor.

Walk up one more floor to reach the Studio.

Parking is available outside the building or in the lane next to the building.

Safety Note

Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
