Pilates Classes - A 7-week series beginning Thursday, September 4, 2025!

We are delighted to bring back, by popular demand, our Pilates classes with Rebecca Doherty! We will be having a 7-week course beginning Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. here at the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways to relieve stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. 🧠

The seven-class series is $15.00 per class, and all you will need is your yoga mat and water bottle! 🤩 A payment of $15.00 on Eventbrite covers the first class and will secure your spot for the entire seven weeks. The balance of $90 will be due on the first day of class. Your spot in the class in non-transferrable, and if you are unable to attend a class no refunds will be given.
