Pilates Barre Winter Term 2026

A flowing blend of ballet-inspired movement and Pilates precision, our Dynamic Pilates Barre is designed to leave you feeling stronger, longer, and completely energised. Expect seamless sequences, core-powered exercises, and a full-body workout that builds endurance, mobility, and confidence.

Grace and Char—both trained in ballet and Pilates—bring their signature energy to every class, creating a supportive space where you can move boldly, listen to your body, and enjoy the process. You’ll explore dynamic pathways, wake up new muscles, and find that sweet spot where strength meets flow.

We encourage you to work at your own pace and honour how your body feels each day. Take adaptations when you need them and stay connected to what feels right for you.

Who’s it for?
All adults are welcome. With plenty of options and levels offered throughout, this class is suitable for a wide range of abilities. (Please note: it’s not recommended for those with acute injuries.)
