Jamaican Creative Network is teaming up with KEINA Studios for Pilates & Tea — a wellness social designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and make space for yourself before the week ahead.

Expect reformer Pilates, complimentary tea, meaningful connections and a little time to simply breathe. Whether you're looking to get your body moving or take a moment away from the busyness of everyday life, this is your invitation to pause and pour back into yourself.

Alongside movement, we’ll be joined by Selfcaredropuk for Journal IRL — an in-person journalling session designed to help you slow down and begin processing your experiences through thoughtful creative prompts and exercises that get the pen moving. A space to reflect, release and reconnect with yourself.

Rooted in Jamaican culture and the importance of community, Pilates & Tea brings together movement, mindfulness and connection in a welcoming space to stretch, sip, reflect and meet new people.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter, more connected and ready for the week ahead.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Session 1

• Arrival: 10:30 AM
• Class starts: 11:00 AM

Session 2 - IRL journal with selfcaredropuk

• 11AM - 12PM

Each reformer Pilates class will run for 50 minutes, with eight participants per session.
