Pilates & Prompts: A workshop series

Welcome to Pilates & Prompts, a new three-part workshop series hosted by Gina Physic and Kaila Overton! This wellness reset combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with grounding writing prompts and journaling practices.

Our theme for this workshop is The Four Agreements:
We’ll reference Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements, to reflect and shape our approach to 2026 and onward:

• March 1: Intro + Be Impeccable With Your Word
• March 15: Don’t Take Anything Personally + Don’t Make Assumptions
• March 29: Always Do Your Best + Reflections

No matter where you are in your writing or Pilates journeys, this all-levels workshop is designed for you. Don't miss this opportunity to unwind, move your body, and enjoy journaling in community.

A portion of all ticket proceeds will go toward supporting programming at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop (CHAW). All three-part ticket holders will be automatically submitted to win our stationery raffle. Single-pass ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets. All raffle proceeds will be donated to CHAW.
