Pilates & Prayer: June (Weaverville Community Center)

Pilates & Prayer is a Christian-focused women’s Pilates mat class rooted in community and connection for women who love fitness and faith. This class is free to attend, and each month we support and highlight a local Asheville charity as a way to give back together. All levels are welcome!

We move in candlelight to worship and Christian contemporary music in a restorative yet energizing flow that calms the nervous system, improves mobility, strengthens the core, and builds full-body strength.

We open and close in prayer, holding space for prayer requests. Come join a beautiful community of women showing up to move, worship, connect, and give back to our community.
