Pilates & Praise

Join us for The Burns Collective's signature event, Pilates & Praise! We will be hosting our event at Brick + Laurel located in La Mesa and can't wait to see you there! The morning will consist of fellowship, prayer, scripture and a mat Pilates workout rooted in The spirit. Strides of Faith is sponsoring this event with goodies for each attendant! Drinks and water will be provided after the class as well as a space to mingle and be in fellowship with others. This is the perfect oppurtnuity to build community with fellow Christians as well as connect mind, body and The Spirit. Looking forward to praising the Lord with you!
