Pilates & Power Bowls is back for summer.

Start your Friday morning with poolside Pilates, a custom açai bowl, and a relaxed post-class atmosphere with Solterra Wellness Club in the Evans Farm area of Lewis Center, Ohio.

This Friday sunrise series brings together a 50-minute mat Pilates class led by Ciara, breakfast from Little Farm Peddler, Solterra swag, and time to enjoy a summer morning with friends. It is more than a workout. It is a seasonal ritual designed around movement, community, and a slower start to the weekend.

Last summer, this experience quickly became a favorite, with nearly every date selling out. Space is limited for each event, and advance registration is required.

The exact Evans Farm poolside location, parking details, and arrival instructions will be sent to registered guests in the confirmation email.

5:45 AM: Arrival and check-in
6:00 AM: Poolside Pilates begins
6:50 AM: Class ends
7:00 AM: Açai bowls, swag bags, and post-class community time

All class equipment will be available on site.

This class is designed to be welcoming and accessible. All levels are invited, with options offered throughout class.

This event will take place in the Evans Farm area of Lewis Center, Ohio. The exact poolside location, parking details, and arrival instructions will be sent to registered guests in the confirmation email.

This is an outdoor event. In the event of severe weather, registered guests will be notified by email with any schedule updates.
