What to expect:
- 55 minute mat Pilates class taught by @l.m.b.pilates
- Make your own 8" potted flower arrangement
- Henna by Wicked Good Henna
- Stacked goodie bag with items from REYS, Once Upon a Coconut, NOBS, Freshcap, Auri Nutrition, BOUY.
- All levels welcome
What to bring:
- Your own mat
- towel or blanket to go under your mat (optional)
- Water
- Grip socks are welcome
Important:
- Please arrive 5-10 min early to get settled before class begins
- All participants must sign a safety waiver
