What to expect:

  • 45 minute mat Pilates class
  • All levels welcome

What to bring:

  • Your own mat
  • Towel or blanket to go under your mat (optional)
  • Water
  • Grip socks are welcome

Important:

  • Please arrive on time to get settled before class begins.
  • All participants must sign a safety waiver
  • If the weather is bad - class can be done inside the farm stand
