Join us for a festive, full-body Pilates workout designed to lengthen, strengthen, and leave you glowing green (in spirit, of course). This all-levels mat class will focus on core strength, balanced mobility, and mindful movement—set to an upbeat Irish-inspired playlist to get you in the holiday mood.

After we roll up our mats, the fun continues! We’ll take a short group walk to our nearest neighborhood brewery, Point Ybel Brewing Co., to toast our hard work with a well-earned pint. Whether you’re sipping a classic stout, a crisp lager, or something bright and green, it’s the perfect way to celebrate community and movement.
