Pilates and More (Personal Interest & Leisure Class Offered at CVCC) is a unique method of body conditioning exercises used to strengthen your core and tone your body. Students will improve their flexibility, posture, balance, strength and well-being using specific mat exercises and focused breathing patterns. All equipment is provided.
Requirements
• Prior Pilates experience is preferred
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
• Not recommended for pregnant women
