PilatEASE LIVE is not your average Pilates event. It’s a full-on, feel-good, learn-something-new, meet-your-people kind of day… and honestly, you’ll kick yourself if you miss it.

And here’s the big one....it’s the first event of its kind in the North East. Nothing else is bringing this level of Pilates, education and community together in one place like this.

We’re packing the day with back-to-back PilatEASE classes so you can experience everything properly, not just a taster. Expect to work across a full range of equipment - Reformers, Towers, Chairs and more - so you can feel what Pilates is really about when it’s done right. Alongside that, you’ll move through sessions designed to strengthen, release and challenge your body in all the best ways.

But this isn’t just about moving your body.

We’ve got health and wellness experts bringing the knowledge, plus business workshops specifically for Pilates teachers and studio owners who want to grow, evolve, and actually make things happen.

And yes, if you’re a teacher, this isn’t just a nice day out:
👉 It’s CIMSPA accredited, so it counts towards your CPD. Productive and enjoyable. Ideal.
