Come find Zen and embrace the energy of weightlessness, flight & freedom with these beautiful birds. Learn all about the variations of Pigeon Pose in Yoga along with other bird poses and gain an understanding of the Spirit & Energy of the Pigeon
There will be a Meet & Greet after the class with all the birds and their rehab specialist. We are also donating a percentage of the ticket price to the bird rescue to help support them in all their wonderful rescue work!
