The Melaninaire Club Presents: "Shades of You" Conference 2025 A Tea Party Experience You’ll Never Forget! Date: June 13, 2026 Location: Departing from Commuter Lot on Route 17 Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience as The Melaninaire Club brings you the 2026 edition of our signature event—"Shades of You" Tea Party a powerful and elegant Tea Tour of DC! This year’s theme: ✨ "Shades of You" – Embrace Every Layer of Who You Are ✨ You are more than just one version of yourself—you are a beautiful tapestry of experiences, growth, and purpose. Join us as we celebrate the many shades that make you YOU through sisterhood, inspiration, and self-love.

What to Expect: Meet-up at the Route 17 Commuter Lot at 11:00pm. Bus will depart at 11:30 PM. We will arrive in Washington DC by 1PM. Where we will take the 2:00 pm tour Bus of Tea around DC. We will arrive back to our Bus by 3:00 PM. Upon arrival, each woman will receive a swag bag. Hop on the Tea Tour of DC bus for a 60-minute ride through the heart of Washington, DC Sip on unlimited tea, beverages, and finger foods as we cruise past iconic sights and soak in the breathtaking Cherry Blossoms Groove together during our stop to dance to line dances—wear shoes you can move in! This event isn’t just about celebration—it’s about giving back. We’re supporting women who have recently lost their jobs by helping cover essential and utility bills.

Dress Code: Shades of You: Monochrome Elegance

Guests are encouraged to wear tea attire... Hats and Gloves but the only catch is you must wear one color from head to toe, styled in different shades and tones of that color.

Choose one color that represents you and build your outfit using lighter and darker variations of that same color.

Examples:

• Light blue + royal blue + navy
• Blush + rose + deep burgundy
• Beige + tan + chocolate brown
• Lavender + plum + deep purple
