Heart Drops of Dharmakaya
The Direct Path to Enlightenment through Recognizing the Nature of the Mind
We are pleased to invite you to a new meeting with Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche, a Dzogchen master from the Bön lineage. He will continue the series of teachings presented in the work ‘Heart Drops of Dharmakaya’ by Master Shardza Rinpoche, who achieved the rainbow body.
Dzogchen is a tradition and system of meditation in Tibetan Buddhism which reveals a direct path to the discovery of our pure, primordial nature. Dzogchen teachings include explanations and instructions on how to recognize the absolute nature of the mind and remain aware of it.
When we do not follow the train of thought, nor do we reject it, but instead allow emotions and all manifestations to be just as they are, they dissolve on their own. When we remain present and aware in the space between these manifestations, we are in a state of exceptional clarity. This is the nature of the mind, or the natural state of the mind. It is not influenced by thoughts and emotions, or by any kind of manifestations. Through persistent practice, we cultivate our ability to remain for a long time in the natural state of the mind while going about our usual activities. In this way, we balance ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally, and attachments and confusion subside. Our body, thoughts, and emotions, as well as external circumstances, are transformed as we integrate the practice into our daily life.
Khenpo Tenpa Yungdrung Rinpoche is the abbott of the Triten Norbutse Monastery in Nepal and of the Shenten Dargye Ling Monastery in France, having extensive studies in Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen. He gives many lectures and courses in Europe and the USA. (More info at shenten.org).
